Civil and Structural Engineer's job profile for maintenance:

ensuring the safety, stability, and durability of structures such as buildings and other infrastructure.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Design and Analysis and cost estimation: Evaluating the structural integrity of buildings and Civil foundations and Bill of materials preparation, Cost estimation

- Maintenance Planning: Creating and implementing maintenance plans to prevent structural damage and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Inspection and Assessment: Conducting regular inspections to assess the condition of structures and identify areas for repair or improvement.

- Utility Maintenance: water lines and STP plant lines, Building drainage lines

- Repair and Rehabilitation: Developing and executing repair and rehabilitation plans to address civil work and structural issues and extend the lifespan of buildings and infrastructure.

- Collaboration and Communication: Working with other teams, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all maintenance work meets safety standards and regulatory requirements.
