Experience Required: - 5 to 10 Years.

Qualification required: - Diploma / Graduation / Any special course in SCM.

Major Responsibility Areas:

1. Expert in Material Handling processes in Heavy Engineering.
2. Should possess Excellent Man power handling skills.
3. Expert in logistics process flow from material inwarding (Gate entry) to receiving, binning/storage, picking and kitting and line feeding as per the company SOP.
4. Taking care of Inventory by visualizes system with proper tagging on material and Location.
5. Encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
6. Good knowledge of inventory count – Daily Cycle count, different types of RECO 4wall count, variance analysis, audit and posting in SAP.
7. Expert in documentation activity – GST rule, Job work, RGM NRGP, debit credit notes
8. Must have good communication.
9. Expert in material preservations – Space management, Layout, and space savings idea.
10. Good knowledge of process & culture – KAIZEN, 5’S, TPM
