Job Profile:

- Training stationery requirements 
- Training Administrative requirements (Hotel, Flight, Cab, Local conveyance, Lunch & Refreshments etc)
- Training records in prescribed format
- Coordination with Managers & Participants for maximum participation as per nominations at PAN India level
- Process of Trainer's invoice and its timely payment 
- Training Effectiveness Evaluation for all trainings 
- Identification of New Training Vendors

- Maintaining documentation of Start to end cycle of training(From TNI to ROI)

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA (HR) / MSW / MLW qualified (Passing Year - 2023 / 2024)

- Exellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

- Having knowledge of Training effectiveness Methods
