Job Profile:
 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures for asphalt plant fabrication.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Document and analyze quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement in production processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to review design specifications and ensure quality assurance throughout the fabrication process.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for quality-related issues and propose effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support the training and guidance of production staff on best quality practices and standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports of findings and make recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering (Passing year 2023 or 2024 only)
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality analysis tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced working conditions in a manufacturing environment.
