Responsibilities

To carry out Supervision activities in Assembly Shops.
To assist the concerned Senior supervisor of Assembly shop in daily routine.
To Maintain a record, track and inspect fabricated items being moved for further activities.
To ensure documentation in SAP.
To co-ordinate with various stake holders form various departments.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
Report findings and assist in the documentation of all improvement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred (Year of Passing - 2023 / 2024 / 2025 - No active backlog & Not completed apprentice in past).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to observe minute discrepancies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic statistical analysis software.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
