Job Profile:

• Handling MRP in SAP. Demand supply management for In-house and BO items against month manufacturing plan.
• Project uploading in ZPNSS for DM/WM Plants and on-going CSKB as well as Job-BOM changes to ensure correct BOM release to manufacturing team / purchase team.
• Ensuring ASPS Requirements material availability for sales as per forecast and urgency.
• Raise CRM request for all short / wrong supply cases or FOC due to any other reasons.
• Based on material type, PR or Production order release to concern and follow up for material availability at logistics
• Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of pending FOC requirements and ASPS orders
• Ensuring material availability for inhouse and bought out to achieve quick execution of FOC/ASPS orders
• MIS reporting of Short Supply trend and reasons for reduction on the same
• DCR/DCN Implementation participation
• Need knowledge on central planning, convert planned orders to production orders and release and Issue slip generations for all the released orders for taking out material from stores.
• Active participation in physical inventory count
• Statistical analysis of KPIs and all the necessary MIS preparations for trends / controls in production.

Mandatory Requirement:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 0-1 years of experience in Planning & Logistics (Year of Passing - 2023 / 2024 / 2025 - No active backlog & Not completed apprentice in past) .

Skills Requirement:
➢ IT & Communication Skill:
1.) SAP MM/PP Module knowledge will be added advantage
2.) Excel, word, Power point
3.) Good presenting & Analytic skills
4.) Good hold on English language
