Job Responsibilities:

• Determine product design requirements.
• Design and develop new products
• Determine manufacturing requirements.
• Determine purchase components requirements.
• Product verification and validation.
• Evaluation of developed product in the field.
• Maintenance of Product configuration and proposal system.  
• Support to Global engineering team for the various assignments.

Skills:

• Effective problem-solver with strong decision-making skills.
• Creative and have a careful eye for detail.
• Team player and able to drive engineers to create quality products in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Experience with mechanical design work and knowledge in manufacturing processes
• Knowledge and experience with utilization of CAD/3-D Modeling Software with PLM (Product Life cycle Management)
• Good command  over Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, power point, word, Access etc.
• Good sketching and concept generation skills
• Ability to understand complex mathematical relationships from the  mechanical analysis
• Product knowledge and thorough understanding of materials, linear and nonlinear behavior of materials, fatigue and corrosion.
• Experience with various plastic fabricating processes.
• Experience in use of lean tools to help develop new processes, layouts and flow.
• MRP/ERP/QAD experience.
• Good communication skill and good command over English language.
• Preferable to have knowledge of foreign language i.e German, Italy, Portuguese etc..
• BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Year of Passing - 2023 / 2024 / 2025 - No active backlog & Not completed apprentice in past).
