Position: Executive - EXIM (Import and Export Documentation)

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Education: Minimum graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in import and export documentation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of documentation and processes related to customs, DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade), and ICEGATE (Indian Customs Electronic Gateway).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Handling all aspects of import and export documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and DGFT policies.
  • Managing documentation processes via ICEGATE.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials.
