Job Description:

1)         Develop and implement detailed fabrication plans and schedules based on project requirements and timelines.

2)         Analyze existing fabrication processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

3)         Ensure all fabricated components meet design specifications and quality standards

4)         Assign tasks to fabrication teams and monitor labor productivity and efficiency.

5)         Oversee proper use, maintenance, and calibration of fabrication machinery welding machines, Measuring instruments, Jigs-Fixtures

6)         Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials like steel plates, profiles, and consumables.

7)         Ensure all fabrication activities comply with safety regulations.

8)         Maintain production records, WPS, Job Card, inspection reports, and progress logs.

9)         Liaise with design, procurement, and assembly teams to ensure alignment of fabrication output with overall project requirements.

10)       Promote a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices, training, and Kaizen activities.

11)       Timely routing stage confirmations in ERP

Required Qualification:

• BE / B.Tech with 3 to 6 years of experience in fabrication of heavy equiment / machinery manufacturing company.
• Must be willing to work in shifts
• Ready to relocate to Mehsana.
