Primary objectives / responsibility
Member of local IT team
Main duties:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Providing a basic level of technical assistance to clients
- Helping clients identify the technical issues
- Troubleshooting minor IT issues
- Referring clients to higher levels of IT support
- Collaborating with IT professionals to determine technical solutions
- Assisting businesses with server-side support
- Providing remote support to clients in different regions
- Monitoring customer forums to identify customers who require assistance
- Completing administrative level support duties
- Business/IT alignment (interface between local business and global IT)
- Budget tracking and allocation
- Active participation in New Project execution for local ICT projects
- Team member in global projects
- IT governance & Compliance
- End user support 1st level (troubleshooting, analyzing, correlation etc.)
- Software installation, Removal, Printers,
- Management of mobile devices ( Android & IOS )
- Basics of digitalisation
- Basics for Word, Excel & Powerpoint
