Designation : Engineer Sr. Engineer

Education : BE (Mechanical)

Work Experience :  Approx. 4-6 years for BE

Job Description :

1. Should be able to read manufacturing drawings.
2. Hands on experience of Time study & Motion study.
3. In depth knowledge of Assembly processes.
4. Develop assembly processes for new product.
5. Layout planning of Assembly shop for various product as per takt time.
6. Should be able to design assembly work stations.
7. Should be able to design & execute assembly tooling (Jigs, Fixtures & Templates).
8. Continuously improve production processes by implementing lean initiatives.
9. Determine root causes of failures and recommend changes in designs, tolerances or processing methods.
10. Should be able to provide technical solution for shop floor issues.
11. Creating the technical conditions for zero-defect production.
12. Experience in methods / work instruction preparation.
13. Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
14. Well conversant with the manufacturing processes and the costs associated with it.
15. Able to take Make-Buy decisions.
16. Basic awareness of SAP & routings.
17. Good efficiency in AutoCAD software.
18. Experience in any 3D software PRO-E/Creo /Inventor / Solid works / NX etc..
19. Candidate should be from similar road construction/earth mover industry.
