Role & Responsibilities: 

 

The Deputy General Manager - Commercial performs the major functions listed below. The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change. 

 

  • Take feedback from regions / branches on the rolling plan for dispatches for both systems and machines.
  • Coordinate with Production Planning Control and finalize production plan.
  • Constantly monitor the progress and make corrections where required.
  • Give feedback to regions/branches on product readiness and follow up for commercial clearances.
  • Keep track of disbursement of third part Sales Commission.
  • Help logistics where required.
  • Follow up with Regions / Branches on Accounts Receivable & C Forms
  • Finalize tender documents for supply of equipment to Government Departments in liaison with the concerned Area Manager
  • Analyzing data and decision making
  • Understanding of business requirements and developing appropriate recommendations to the leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead teams
  • Ability to achieve objectives within the time scale
