Job Description:

• Should be able to read manufacturing drawings.
• Time study & Motion study.
• In depth knowledge of Assembly processes, Productivity Improvement, Quality Improvement, Cost Reduction, Budget Estimation
• Develop assembly processes, tools, tackles for new product
• Create the RFQ and make Technical Comparison
• Layout and facility planning of Assembly shop considering Demand fluctuation
• Design assembly workstations considering Ergonomics & Safey parameters
• Design & execute assembly tooling (Jigs, Fixtures & Templates).
• Lean manufacturing
• Determine root causes of failures and recommend changes in designs, tolerances or processing methods.
• Creating the technical conditions for zerodefect production.
• Methods / work instruction preparation.
• Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
• Well conversant with the manufacturing processes and the costs associated with it.
• MakeBuy decisions.
• BOM Structure, SAP & routings.
• Good efficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Experience in any 3D software PROE/Creo /Inventor / Solid works / NX etc.
• Candidate should be from similar road construction/earth mover/tractor industry.
