Position Replacement
Roles and Responsibility (A)  Statutory Audit and Tax audit         
(1) Preparation of Financial statement for the year ended March XXXX; and financial reporting for Dec XXXX at group level.
(2) Preparation of the notes forming part of financial statements.
(3) Tax audit and Transfer Pricing audit
(4) Information and explanation to  auditors and co-ordination with Big -4 audit firm.
           
(B) Month end Reporting         
(1) Preparation of sales reconciliation to be considered for Warranty and E&C provision on monthly basis.
(2) Working and review of warranty cost and Erection and Commissioning cost, and related provisions in consultation with customer service division.
(3) Review of further E&C expenses by considering the utilization in the current month.  
(4) Asset capitalization, disposal, depreciation run, Approval of CAPEX in line with budget in SAP asset module
           
(C) Quarterly reports:  
(1) Preparation of Branch wise Profitability report after proper allocation of expenses on quarterly basis.
(2) Ind AS 116 -  Lease accounting  for Branch premises, laptop, Car acquired on lease basis  
(3) Preparation of Quarterly financial statement for submission to bank and for group reporting.  
 (D) Other professional assignment as entrusted by Management
