Join our Marketing & Communications department as a MarCom Specialist, Project Manager.

 

Overview

As a MarCom Specialist, Project Manager, you will oversee regional campaigns to enhance brand and product awareness working with our Product Marketing teams and external PR agencies to execute strategic communication plans that resonate with our target audience across all regions.

 

 

Your tasks

Your main tasks:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote brand identity, product launches and visibility in targeted regions for all Ammann products and services.
  • Manage relationships with external PR agencies, providing clear direction and guidance to meet campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate the creation of compelling content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media content, to engage audiences and drive brand affinity.
  • Track and evaluate the performance indicators of campaigns to enhance discoverability across digital platforms (such as Google Ads campaigns and SEO activities) utilising tools like Google Analytics. Deliver routine reports and valuable insights to refine upcoming strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative, to align messaging and maximise campaign impact.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers, creative agencies, printers, dealers and customers.

 

Your Skills

  • Completed education or training in marketing/communications –preferably with a focus on digital or online marketing.
  • Professional experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail in English and German. French is also appreciated.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to also work independently.
  • Limited travel required (less than 20% of working hours).
