  • Processing orders for spare parts in the ERP system SAP
  • Purchasing spare parts for the central warehouse
  • Issuing purchase orders and invoice control
  • Ensuring compliance with the terms of the contract
  • Managing documentation and receipts for the accounting department
  • Ensuring other processes in the spare parts department (analyzing buffer stocks, increasing spare parts availability, etc.)
  • Updating and maintaining data in the SAP ERP system



  • Completed basic technical training, e.g., construction or agricultural machinery mechanic or equivalent
  • Further or basic training in the commercial sector
  • User knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar), very good knowledge of the MS Office palette
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Good negotiating and communication skills
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • High customer and service orientation
