Role & Responsibilities: 

 

The SE performs the major functions listed below. The position may require additional duties/responsibilities that may not be outlined below, and specific functions are subject to change. 

 

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment. 
• Report to customers in time and demonstrate our commitments 
• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.  

• Provide all types of services for machines – E&C, Warranty, non-warranty to customers 
• Verify packing list of materials sent by the factory where ever applicable, take receipt from customers and send the record to the company 
• Handover the manuals to the customer and take acknowledgement, 
• Provide training to customers and their representatives on operation and maintenance of plants / machine and servicing of plants / machines 
• Generate Service income and spare parts inquiry from customers 
• Share customer’s general feedback with the company apart from the service 
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. 
• Deliver service by keeping customer’s interest in mind – timely execution, proper use of given resources, control of expenses, acceptable standard in execution of work etc., 
• Demonstrate the plant/machine capacity and various operational parameters to establish the brand superiority in customer’s mind 
• Deliver quality in service to match with brand image and company reputation 
• Conduct the work in an acceptable manner to the customer and their representatives 
• Achieve total customer satisfaction 
• Collection of service charge from the customers promptly 
• Submission of service reports and expenses vouchers immediately after the visit 
• Handover the cash collected from the customers to the company immediately after the visit 
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated. 
• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. 
• Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues. 
• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
